I build my career gradually, with passion and interest for adult education. I started as a junior trainer within a training company and for two years I was involved in all processes related a training event: from designing learning activities and materials, implementing and evaluating learning solutions to writing funds proposals, especially from European Union. After that, I was recruited by Daewoo Mangalia Heavy Industry shipyard to coordinate training programs and propose development solutions. From this position, I improved considerably the quality of training needs analysis report and budget and also I was directly involved in delivering soft skills training for company employees: Orientation, Communication, Leadership, Building Teams, Organizational Culture, 5 S, Implementing Kaizen principles, Participatory Decision Making etc.My passion and determination help me to become a middle manager for the group in charge with personnel and salary administration for 3,500 company employees. From this position, I improved all HR related systems and corresponding electronic infrastructures and still continued the activity as internal trainer and facilitator.
