As a technical leader in RESTful SOA, I worked with several product teams across EMC helping them evolve their products to these new architectural styles. Initially, I produced a reference architecture for RESTful SOA, but then found a more effective way to engage the product teams with the development of a framework that facilitated more effective construction of RESTful web services. In addition to being leveraged in several EMC projects, this framework was also released into the public EMC developer community. The work on RESTful SOA was foundational in the evolution of content management systems to next generation architectures and I brought Cloud Foundry to the team responsible for the next generation Documentum product. -
