CurrentThis position is to ensure the program quality at the high standard. Caritas Australia has two major Programs: Protection program and Sustainable Livelihood/DRR. It works in partnership with 21 local Partners Across four municipalities in Timor Leste: Baucau, Viqueque, Manufahe and Oecusse Regions. Some of the works that I have led are ensuring the local partners meeting the program logic and MEL Framework, facilitating the household survey for Livelihood program, facilitating the mid-term review for both program and the building the capacity of Caritas staff and partners on those areas. I also providing reporting support to program team as well as the case study for both program. Facilitation the reflection of the survey and mid-term review as well as the annual program review.
