•Assist customers with general questions and technical support of proprietary, web-basedsoftware platform.• Guide new users through software implementation, troubleshooting, and configuration.• Make outbound calls, receive inbound calls, and email correspondence with customers toresolve technical problems.• Use diagnostic and tracking tools to ensure optimal resolution and customer experience.

*Receive inbound calls from delivery drivers experiencing technical issues with their handheld devices * Diagnose the problem using error codes, questioning, and system testing * Identify if the problem is software or hardware related * Troubleshoot the device by trying multiple solutions to see if it can be fixed * If the device is beyond being repaired remotely, reps will provide instructions on returning device to nearest base and issuing a replacement.

I work with Microsoft Server 2003 & 2008, Active Directory, audit policies, & with Server roles & features. I have provided help desk support and assisted the IT supervisor with daily task.
