Led multi-functional and decentralised global teams of up to 500 people.Experiences with top global law-firms in USA and Europe and at executive level at a dominant tel-co, an international joint-venture, a venture capital-backed Pan-European start-up (incl. IPO), a global public turn-around and premier multinationals/conglomerates (over 100,000 employees).A passion to develop and implement effective processes and structures that prevent legal/compliance- and other (non-linear)- risks, including crises, and/or at least optimise the opportunity in them.
