Responsible for all Sales and Operational excellence activities of the Warehousing and Parcel logistics process automation divisions. Improvements focused on sales, project execution & delivery and service & maintenance of material handling solutions for customers in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.

Commercial and operational responsible for implementing change projects (e.g. Sales Excellence, Operational Excellence, Lean manufacturing) with global and local companies in the Manufacturing and High Tech industry.

Responsible for investigating the business requirements (way of working, strategy, structure, etc) of both merging companies. During the merger and post-merger responsible for the implementation of the new company-wide way of managing projects including the integration of supporting systems (e.g. ERP, Risk management, CRM, etc).

Selling and executing projects focused on optimization of goods and pedestrian flows on railway stations and airports.
