I participated in the development and implementation of projects in the field of security and communication systems. I ensured liaison with the beneficiary regarding the execution of the projects, execution planning, verification and adaptation of the technical solutions to the beneficiary's requests.I was part of the project coordination team that implemented electronic security systems, fire safety systems and structured cabling systems for 2 buildings in Palas Iasi, one refurbished (UBC 6) and a new one (UBC 5). For UBC 6, the larger project, I coordinated a team that was comprised of up to 30 persons from 5 companies. I attended daily meetings with the general contractor's project manager and all the sub-contractors involved to discuss work status, solve issues and synchronize stages so as not to interfere with each other's work. I have also participated in a project involving the construction of a new industrial building, BMT Aerospace, where our company installed structured cabling systems (passive and active), fire detection and warning system, inert gas extinguishing systems, burglary detection systems, access control, video surveillance and time & attendance system.For these installations I ensured both the communication with the beneficiary and the constructor, as well as the coordination with other utilities.

Also for proposals and quotations for the implementation of new systems and maintenance contracts.I also was advising the service manager for allocating service engineers to maintenance and commissioning contracts.

I have participated in various projects for our customers, from design to implementation, commissioning, maintenance and service. There were systems of various complexity, video surveillance (analog and IP), anti-burglary, access control, network deployment (including optical fiber), complex DTH equipment and systems, etc.I have actively participated in three major projects. First one was for Roman City Hall and it consisted of the installation of a city-wide centralized video surveillance system, developed on an optical fiber network built by our company. The second one was somehow similar, but on a industrial site, the ArcelorMittal platform in Roman. The third project was implemented for Agrana company, also in Roman, and consisted of implementing a video surveillance system and an access control system, also on an optical fiber network built by our company.
