I am a 28 year old chef trained in the Traditional French Style. I have a passion for creative, young takes on traditional dishes I am very experimental and try new things while refining my skills as a chef. I always look forward to the opportunity to work alongside a superior, because though I may not be the best now, I hope to be someday, and only the intelligence of someone with a greater knowledge then mine will help me succeed. I am more then capable of running a smart and functional kitchen. I like to take charge, execute tasks with a sense of urgency and have fun doing it. Knowledge of all areas of kitchen work including banquet preparation and FOH.
