He was hired as the only member of the BDC and supervise the seven internet sales staff there. The success that the BDC has produce is a direct reflection of his initiative and motivation skills. There was no formal Eleads system training provided, yet Brewer has master the system and uses it to its fullest capability. The position requires that he monitor all customers internet inquiries. Ensuring that they are contacted as quick as possible to provide the information needed by the customers enabling them to make an informed decision on the purchase of their next automobile. Also responsible for the assignment of each inquiry to a sale staff for follow-up and person to person appointments. He also provide statistic on the performance of each sales staff, quality of each inquiry and ratio of inquiry to sale. Mr. Brewer is consider the local expert for Eleads and the upper management constantly consult him for advice on the system. He also assign the Service Department in ensuring that customers are contacted after a service visit and given the opportunity to express their opinion of the quality of service.Cornelius Brewer has become a valuable member of Volkswagen of Orange Park.
