Lead commercial, transactional and negotiation activities in the development of Corporate Transaction projects, thereby ensuring that all contractual commitments associated with the relevant ventures/projects (including feedstock supply, infrastructure, off-take agreements, catalyst and associated licensing) entered into by Sasol are structured and governed by sound commercial and legal principles/practices. Central to this role is the delivery of highly complex and successful M&A, JV, licensing and other commercial transactions and responsibility for proactively supporting the efforts of the Development Managers and other relevant stakeholdersStrong alignment with legal dimensions of commercial agreements

To provide objective, focussed and practical expert advice and solutions (with the input of local and international advisors), to management group-wide, on new local and offshore business transactions with respect to financial evaluation, practical business implications, transactional support, financial and corporate governance and statutory requirements. To coordinate the involvement of other expert financial and other functions with respect to, inter alia, accounting , tax and company secretarial services.

Responsible for accounting, treasury and tax services rendered for Sasol Solvents companies in Germany. Responsible for Sasol Chemical Holding consolidation and statutory reporting.

Responsible for Group Business analysis, including monthly reporting, budgeting, forecast and key performance area tracking.

Prepare monthly Group Executive financial reports and analysis.Prepare annual budget.Consolidation and application of IFRS on monthly results.
