Adult Drug Court Case Manager

• Responsible for the expedited movement of qualified cases into Drug, Mental Health, Veterans Court, and other Treatment Courts. Process eligible cases through the system in an organized and timely manner. • Update teams with new case information and status of exiting cases weekly, learn appropriate state statues and best practices that affect the programs. Ensure processes used in Drug Mental health, and Veterans court comply with approved program goals. Perform felony case management duties. • Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with State Attorney, Defense Counsel, Treatment Providers, Law Enforcement, Probation, Judiciary and community resources. Serve as a liaison between team members and the court. • Consult with the Drug Court, Mental health, and Veterans Court judges on a wide range of organizational, and managerial issues including but not limited to the Court's efficiency and internal and external quality assurance. • Maintain case records of defendant participation, sentence, and program status, including the number of cases: Drug test results; frequency, positive, and negative screens.
