He operates with integrity and truly cares about his students and his work, and it shows in the classroom. He was a joy to supervise. He was always punctual, prepared, and proficient. Soon after we hired him, in fact, I started bringing new teachers to observe him in the classroom as exemplary of the kind of professional and even exciting teaching that we wanted to provide. He was a blessing to our program while he was there, as, I have no doubt, he is to any music program."
