This industry deals with various different role players and you as the conveyancer need to make sure that all these parties adhere to the rules and regulations pertaining to the specific matter.

Given my legal background I am able to advise my clients in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations and assist in concluding agreements which are fair and adhere to my clients' intentions. I keep updated on the property market developments and the supply and demand trend to advise sellers and provide them with realistic market analysis reports when we are negotiating prices.
