I LOVE people and have spent the past 5+ years in the fitness industry doing just that, loving people. But recently I was presented with an opportunity to not only love my company and people that I train, but to also pour into a team of individuals as a manager at Orangetheory Fitness. It's amazing how much fun this has been and how productive we've been in just a short time. I'm recently married, so when I'm not at work I'm very intentional about spending time with my family and helping build community at my church. I cant help myself with wanting to motivate others, so when I get free time I create motivational videos for Facebook (CornellGormanKC).
