    As Co-Head Wrestling Coach, I am responsible for developing the wrestling skills of my team and coordinating assistant coaches and team staff. I reiterate sound nutritional practices to confirm athletes are well-nourished without going significantly over or under assigned wrestling weight categories, as well as provide safe methods of losing or gaining weight when they do not maintain their appropriate weight for their assigned class.
