As an AP specialist, I ensure efficient processes and workflows are in place to keep vendors happy one, and to maximize of my employers bottom line. My current day to day responsibilities as an AP specialist are as follows:Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.Research reconcile, incorrect discrepancies on vendor statements. Process vendor, invoices, AP batches and check rebates.Help plan and execute month in a few clothes and processes. As an AP specialist, I have maintain accurate files and documentation, process invoices, and payments on time, and provide it first class service. One of the key to my success account management is my ability to build relationships, and communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and distributors. If an account arise issue arises, I expedite solutions to maintain professional, and trust in relationships.
