My passions are good health & longevity.I have many years Marketing experience for a number of industries; the pet industry, the inventory service industry, private schools and a few start-up web businesses. I decided to follow my passion and use my experience to enter into the field of Fitness, Nutrition & Wellness.At the age of 44 - I found myself at my heaviest - at my unhealthiest. I joined the gym. With the guidance of my husband, a Physical Therapist, I began weight training. I began to eat healthier. Slowly through time & consistency, I reshaped my body and gave myself a new life! Now - more than a decade later, I really can say that I am in the best shape of my life!After becoming a certified Massage Therapist, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, Spinning Instructor & ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist, I opened my own boutique, Personal Training Gym with Massage Therapy clinic. I have dedicated my life to helping people of all ages become healthier versions of themselves, body, mind and spirit!Having lived around the world; 7 years in Tokyo, Japan; 13 years in Israel and in the USA; I have learned to work with people of all shapes and sizes. I understand cultural influences on behaviors and incorporate that into my personal training with my clients.With the onset of Covid, I felt like I needed to up my game - I needed a new challenge. In 2020 I decided to push myself out of my comfort zone and began to prep for competition! In 2021 I competed 3 times. Twice in Israel and once in the USA. Happily I placed in each competition! In 2022 I competed twice in the USA - I placed first and second - now qualifying me to compete in Nationals. In 2023 I competed at a National competition - Placing 3rd 2 categories and 4th place - missing earning my procard by 1 placement!With all this new determination and personal experience, I transfer all my passion and knowledge to my clients, both in person and online!I hope to continue aging young!
