I am an influential and transformational strategic leader with a passion for creativity and commitment to execution. I am a workplace diversity & inclusion change agent, speaker, and advocate that believes in the growth of business through accountability, ownership, empowerment, and excellence. In my current role, I will expand equity and inclusion strategies and policies across all of Centuri and its family of nine companies - Canyon Pipeline, Linetec Services, NEUCO, NPL, NPL Canada, National Powerline, NBC, Riggs Distler, and WSN Construction. I lead the strategy that positions Centuri to be a world class, benchmark company for sustainable diversity, equity, and inclusion and align these values with the enterprise’s business objectives and client’s results. I oversee the implementation of initiatives focused on change efforts for the advancement and retention of top performing talent inclusive of women, people of color, veterans, and LGBTQ+ professionals in an inclusive work culture. My career has allowed me to leverage my expertise in DEI, business development, relationship building, and strategic planning and execution to make meaningful and impactful contributions to my community.
