About Dr. Cornell Verdeja-Woodson (He/Him)
A career in diversity and inclusion was not something I fathomed during my search to find my purpose in this world. Through my lived experiences I realized that my true calling was to work with people to make this world better for those who will come after. I am passionate about establishing relationships and collaborating to facilitate cross cultural dialogue and establish more inclusive environments. While most of my time has been in the education sector, I have acquired skills in project management, training development, facilitation, organizational change, employee retention, consulting, fundraising, program development, assessment, and event planning which are transferrable to various fields. These skills have gained me invitations to guest lecture in the classroom, sit on panels, and join boards of local non-profits. I look forward to new opportunities to develop new skills and make long-lasting change.
