This is an implementation position of either software assistance or deployment on a project. The scope of these implementations range from Support, Functional work, Quality Control, Emergency assist to Project Management.

This was a support position.My support responsibilities, moved to a more specialized, technical role, assisting the following parties:• Direct clients • International Dept.• Projects Dept.• Outsourcing Dept.• People 300 Dept.• Colleagues from Kenya / Nigeria / Botswana and Namibia and RSA Division• Sales team with integrated demo environments loading/installations.“Support” would be mostly divided into 3 categories: 1. Technical software assistance, on Premier Payroll, Premier HR and ESS2. Legislative guidance on all the 12 African countries we supported, as well as the rest of the 45 footprint countries we had representation and future interest in. 3. Normal African Premier Payroll module functional software support.Occasionally my responsibilities included:1. Standing in as Acting Manager of the Support Office, overseeing International support.2. Travelling as a billable resource, mostly to Zambia. After a few months in this position, I joined the X3 team.

This Position was predominantly office based, and entailed assisting the following parties:• Direct clients • Business Partners• Colleagues and Implementation consultants With:• Payroll software and legislative payroll tax support on the 12 mainstream & 33 additional countries, totalling the 45 footprint countries.Whilst working at the African Department I was upskilled in the following areas and on the following products:• Senior Consultant exams • African Consultant exams • Advanced tax exams• Premier HR Software • Premier ESS Software • X3 People Software
