As of 2023 Me'Shelle Bishop, Brenda Walter's daughter is owner of Cornerstone Home Improvements. Me'shelle has been with Cornerstone for over 19 hears. She has knowledge of every aspect of the business. We are now 4 generations and still striving to meet all our customers needs! Brenda Walters and Brad Kleoppel are equal owners of Cornerstone Home Improvement, Inc. Having been with the company for many years, and originally partners with Brenda's Dad, Ben Romans and his wife, Debbie Romans, both felt it a wise investment to buy the other two partners out when they decided it was time to retire. Having owned the company as two equal partners for three years now, both feel they made a great choice and greatly enjoy the benefits of being able to help hundreds of homeowners annually and still be able to work with family members and other high quality indivduals that they employ.

Brenda's Father, Ben Romans, started Benco back many years ago. First serving as an installation company for what are now many of Cornerstone's competitors, Benco installed windows, siding and doors for dozens of companies. At one time, they were the biggest window and siding installation company in the metro KC. After years of installing for many other companies, Ben decided to open a division of Benco, calling it Cornerstone Home Improvement in 1997. This company was to actually offer products as well as install them. Within a year, the success of Cornerstone was so great that he decided to close Benco Inc. all together and just focus on Cornerstone Home Improvement. From there, Cornerstone continued to grow, installing product on an average of 500 homes a year.
