For over 15 years, I have been inspecting structures of all kinds and leading diverse teams of people. I am an International Code Council Certified Residential Inspector with extensive experience performing forensic inspections and evaluations pertaining to construction defects. I have spent several years in the commercial pest elimination industry and helped lead the Florida Regional District of the Year team for my company for two straight years in 2018 and 2019. I have performed thousands of home inspections, wind mitigation inspections, wood-destroying organism inspections, insurance claim evaluations for wind, water, and fire damage, commercial building evaluations, and undeveloped land surveys. I have managed the execution of capital improvements and construction defect reconstruction projects of varying size. Currently, I am a Construction Estimator at Exterior Solutions Plus ensuring that detailed, accurate, and thoughtful proposals are delivered to our clients throughout the western United States.
