In 2012 Education and Healthcare were added to the responsibilities. Evaluation and redesign of vision, mission and strategy were executed in order to stay in line with or ahead of economic, market and technological developments. Profitability and marketshare were top of the agenda resulting in maximum focus on sales, operational-excellence, productivity and product-development & process innovation.

Tempo-Team is a brand of Randstad Holding. Tempo-Team has its origin in the Netherlands and was introduced in Belgium and Luxembourg in 2008 after the acquisition of Vedior Holding by Randstad Holding. The size of the group's marketshare in both markets allowed the presence of two brands in the same market.After the acquisition of Vedior Holding by Randstad Holding in the new reality responsible for the Tempo-Team Group companies in Belgium and Luxembourg. My responsibility included Tempo-Team, Tempo-Team HR-Services and Tempo-Team Professionals in Belgium and Tempo-Team, Tempo-Team HR-Services and Rowlands International in Luxembourg.As a result of the acquisition also responsible for / involved in some special activities including:➣ the rebranding of the former Vedior companies into Tempo-Team➣ the integration of the Vedior Group Belgium companies, Expectra and ATOLL partly in to Randstad Belgium and partly in to Tempo-Team Belgium➣ the design and establishment of a shared services centre for the Randstad Holding companies in Belgium➣ the design, build and implementation of a completely new front and back-office IT application environment for the Tempo-Team companiesBy the end of 2008 the financial crisis occurred resulting in the need to redesign and restructure the companies. Al nessesary adjustments were done in close and good cooperation with workers-council and unions.

Vedior Holding ceased to exist because of the take over of Vedior Holding by Randstad Holding in May 2008. In addition to being directly responsible for the Vedior branded companies, as Country Manager, I was responsible for all of the Vedior Holding companies in Belgium. The total responsibility included Vedior Interim, Vedior HR-services, Vedior Finance, ATOLL-interim, Expectra Engineering, Expectra Recruitment, Sapphire Technologies and Exselsia outsourcing.

I was fully responsible for the Vedior branded companies in Belgium. The companies were Vedior Interim, Vedior HR-Services and Vedior Finance. Vedior was a top-5 staffing/HR-services company in the Belgian market.Key points on the agenda were redefining vision, mission and strategy in order to further increase Vedior's market share and profitability.

Datapoint Netherlands was part of the worldwide active Datapoint Corporation. The group was active in the field of hardware, software, training and services and was specialized in (inter)networking. As Sales Representative I was responsible for the introduction of Datapoint's new inter-networking strategy within the Dutch top-500 market.
