Once I have a solid grasp on how things are running, I craft a plan specifically tailored to boost their profits, productivity, performance and overall culture. Basically, I help organizations establish their dominance and make the most of their opportunities by using proven strategies and tools to analyze their organizational culture, leadership, and growth development plan. Now, let me tell you how I ended up in this incredible position where seeing you succeed and thrive lights a fire in my soul. It all started with an encounter at a nail salon with a Division III women's lacrosse coach. Can you believe it? My husband had to bribe me to get my nails done, and little did I know that it would completely change the course of my life, my business, and how I serve the world. After spending time with her and her team, we came up with a winning strategy that transformed them into champions. Ever since, they've been making history, breaking records left and right, from the number of games they've won at the start of a season to winning back-to-back championships. It was in that moment that I realized I was more than just a motivational speaker. I possessed the power to inspire and spark change at a whole new level, a level that demanded analysis, strategy, and the right tools to create winners. Embracing that same concept, I've gone on to work with various organizations, from the Greater Danbury chambers of commerce to small businesses like daycares, and even in the healthcare industry such as home care agencies. I've also lent my expertise to nonprofit organizations in ministry and community-based organizations.You see, when we truly define what winning means for our lives, leadership, and organization, we become unstoppable.
