Experience in conveyancing, notarial work and property law in general. Attending to all aspects of transfers and bond registrations, including compliance. Drafting of agreements of sale. Managing team members to comply with timelines and reach specific targets.

Experience in corporate collections, insolvency - and property law (including commercial and residential property). Drafting of employment and commercial contracts and resolutions. Managing clients’ collection portfolio and providing progress reports. Doing legal research and providing opinions on various topics in an understandable manner. Drafting of pleadings and appearing in civil matters. Assisting the Conveyancing department.
