Design and build drones

• Lead a team of specialist technicians in maintaining all electronic security systems and cameras across this remote mine site including hardware and software, network installations and electronic surveillance equipment• Provide electronic assistance in both covert and overt operations• Project management: manage people, resources and costs to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time• Design, upgrade and maintain all electronic security systems• Ensure system / data integrity, and security• Carry out support drone UAV surveillance operations / respond to emergency incidents• Research, source and procure electronic security systems equipment• Support, plan, install and maintain Forcefield, Challenger, CCTV systems, Securebase, IP Camera and computer network systems.• Human Resources functions: conduct training sessions, 6 monthly performance reviews, appraisals, succession planning for direct reports• Manage relationships with other departments, contractors, suppliers

• Project management: coordinate all resources, works scheduling and costs associated with projects to meet budgets and timelines• Manage the design, upgrade and maintenance of all electronic security systems• Manage a highly trained team – deliver staff training, conduct appraisals and performance reviews, carry out succession planning• Coordinate and manage installation and maintenance contractors activity on site• Maintain servers, network devices and peripherals; source and order equipment• Setup standard operating procedures and deliver staff training to ensure understanding• Ensure systems and data security• Manage Babylon, CCTV and Securebase systems on different levels from installation to commissioning, maintenance and training
