About Corné Van Dongen

I bought my first property when I was 22 years young. Worked for a Bank back in the Netherlands. Immigrated in 2004. Started my own Game Lodge in the vicinity of the Kruger Park in South-Africa. Creating new products, analyzing trends. Connecting and communicating with clients. 2010 - 2014 I became a Real Estate Agent (NQF4) with Century 21. Sold my share in the business and moved to Gauteng in 2015. Participated in several property educating workshops. In 2017 I started working for Wealth Alliance as a Property Mentor & Public Speaker. 2018 : I became a certified coach, hypnotherapist and NLP-practitioner. Author of 'Mijn Afrika Droom' (only in Dutch).Relocated back to my hometown in 2021. WFT diploma in 2023.
