As Fiwerx's Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations, Eric is focused on driving growth and profitability by expanding Fiwerx's solution in to more banks and empowering commercial lenders to close deals faster and eliminate post-closing exceptions. In his capacity, Eric is responsible for aligning the sales organization’s objectives with firm business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting. As the senior-most sales leader at Fiwerx, Eric is accountable for the overall sales organization performance and profitable achievement of projected growth.

As a Senior Director of Leadership Development for The John Maxwell Company, Eric seeks to serve both his clients and colleagues through a broad array of services. His passion for learning and growth, coupled with his desire to help others, makes Eric a valuable asset to our organization. Eric’s core areas of focus include overseeing and developing the company’s Public Workshop division. In this capacity, Eric plays an instrumental role in organizing the delivery of John’s top content to a widespread audience across the United States. Eric also works directly with individual clients interested in obtaining a Personal Leadership Coach through our Lead In – Lead Out (LILO) Coaching program.

As an Inside Sales Manager for Silverpop, Eric is responsible for driving new business to Silverpop's on-demand digital marketing platform which helps marketers succeed in turning prospects into customers—and customers into fans—through the creation, automation and delivery of relevant, multichannel messaging. Companies rely on the Silverpop Engage platform to create and manage sophisticated email marketing campaigns that reach millions of individuals—one at a time—engaging prospective customers and enhancing lifetime customer value and brand loyalty. Silverpop's marketing automation capabilities enable B2B marketers to efficiently manage leads and drive qualified sales opportunities through scoring and by nurturing campaigns that move prospects from interest to conversion.

As an Associate with the Transaction Services Team, Eric works on all aspects of client relations and transactions with a focus on office tenant advisory for both local and national clients. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank brought Eric on in 2009 after he graduated from The University of Georgia with an A.B. Degree in History.
