NTI is one of the brands of the NCOI Group. Our department, Customer Services is supporting all NTI students by answering their practical and study related questions (about 175.000 questions a year) via WhatsApp, Facebook, email, phone and appointments on location. Besides these inbound questions we also reach out by monitoring their study results, giving them a call to ask how their study is going and provide help where needed. Our team consist out of the customer service team, three mentor teams (dependent on the level of education), and the reception and administration team and their 3 teamleaders (about 43 people in total).

My tasks: • Assisting 4 professors.• Answering questions of students by e-mail, blackboard or during lectures.• Organisation and checking of the LSG exam.
