WINconnect is the acknowledged industry expert in terms of more complex high voltage microgrids such as airports and large shopping centres. 80% of all new installations include PV solar and high-efficient hot water plant funded by WINconnect.• Prosecuted the successful sell-down of WINconnect to Australia’s largest private equity firm to the advantage of all stakeholders whilst strategically positioning the business for further growth.• Implemented a comprehensive governance and compliance regime that produced a culture of accountability and transparency focused on people, culture and safety without compromising profitability.• Envisioned and instilled a set of robust organizational Vision and Values based on diversity and inclusion resulting in strong employee satisfaction and an “employer of choice” reputation.• Right-sized and turned around a challenged business and reset corporate direction to a sustainable growth path that resulted in growth from break-even to EBITDA $15+ million.• Developed and drove all aspects of the company branding at WINconnect, establishing market leadership to the envy of the industry competition that led to annual growth of +30%.• Spearheaded the market definition and business set-up from scratch in NSW, successfully securing lucrative first mover advantage in the residential high-rise market that firmly established the brand and laid the foundation for the remarkable Sydney operation.

IWL was one of the early on-line stock broking firms.• Advised and participated - as a Board Member - in the successful sale of business to Commsec for $373mill delivering an impressive result for investors.

Oakton is an IT services and consulting company, having grown from startup to ASX listing, it was then acquired by Dimension Data who maintained the brand.• Jointly lead the company from inception through to ASX listing, taking on a diverse range of responsibilities from recruitment to consulting to business development.• Orchestrated and ensured the successful team delivery of a multi-million dollar pioneering Investigation Management System for the New South Wales Police which is still used today – and notably branded it e@gle.i • Conceived and installed a ground-breaking digital election night tally room system that transformed archaic manual processes and established the Victorian Electoral Commission as a major long-term client.• Lead the prospectus development team and wrote the non-financial commentary for Oakton to successfully list on the ASX with a 15% day-one gain.• Identified the merger and acquisition targets to drive company growth.

Minenco was the engineering consulting division of CRA(RioTinto), mainly servicing their Australian mining operations.• Project managed the migration of computer aided drafting workstations from mainframe to more affordable local area network environment and provided system administration for a major smelter redevelopment project.• Produced an academic IT strategic plan for the company as an MBA thesis.

Upon graduation, I undertook two years of rural cadastral boundary definition surveys and attained my registration. This included the rigours of land boundary definition and property law, plus two years of country footy.• Attained sponsored post-graduate study leave (masters by research) at the University of Melbourne to investigate the application of GPS.• Devised a partnership with RMIT to purchase first generation GPS receivers and then roll out the technology to the Victorian surveying community through a series of projects with government spatial data agencies.
