I have been the finance-technology liaison in my prior roles, leveraging my background in accounting with an inquisitive interest in data flows and technology systems. My ability to communicate process flows to both end users and technical teams has created opportunities for me to be a leader in both standard software upgrades and significant system transformations. I have had substantial professional development in the last few years, leaping from a Controller role to Director of EPMO, then to Vice President of Supply Chain Systems. One thing is for sure: my career journey has been full of opportunity, change, growth, and gratitude. While I have gained valuable knowledge in multiple areas and business units, I am more enthusiastic than ever to get back to hands-on accounting. My passion for account reconciliations, process improvement, profit improvement and variance research can no longer take the backseat.
