I graduated in Political Science in 1986, having already done my military service in the Fire Brigade (Ligurian Inspectorate): I am ready for the world of work. In a couple of months I find a job in a professional firm in the HR field, training in particular. My parents push me to find a public job, I participate in a couple of competitions and I ask myself: what am I doing in the Municipality? Meanwhile, I continue in HR, my parents tell me “at least in the bank!”; well: I do some interviews. Meanwhile, I am hired with a job training contract. I pass the long selection process at the COMIT and they tell me "go and do the interview in Milan, we'll take you as a maneuvering mass". In the meantime I am hired at T. I. "But what a mass of maneuver", I say to myself: I am not "mass"! After a few years the professional firm becomes SRL, I enter as a partner at 10%. A few years go by and I open an individual VAT number, I throw myself in and I do freelance.In 2004 I set up Gamos, of which I am still the Director today. I have seven collaborators, we manage training courses for companies in different sectors, we love to call ourselves “training brokers” because we help organizations find the best and most suitable financing opportunities for their specific training needs; we deal with organizational development and process optimization also through coaching courses; we work for SMEs to help them develop towards countries like Canada and Australia.Other than public employment or in the bank ...
