He helps them assess and complete acquisitions or sales of businesses and shareholdings.Corrado is also a certified business coach listed with AICP (the Italian association of professional coaches). As part of this activity, he supports clients in making difficult strategic decisions and defining, planning and achieving established goals.He is also interested in innovative startups and is a partner and legal advisor of Orange Fiber, a Sicilian startup that has patented a process for extracting cellulose from citrus pulp and creating high quality eco-sustainable fabrics for the luxury fashion industry.Corrado is also a member of Associazione Trenta Quaranta, a non-profit association that promotes networking and partnerships for enterprises, Italian startups, mentors and investors, for the purpose of facilitating innovation and regeneration of typical “Made in Italy” sectors.
