I coordinate the job of a team of key accounts for the home entertainment market and I lead personally the TV and digital delivery sales. I attend to the main Film markets in order to select and buy programs to distribute in Italy. I’m also responsible for carrying out administrative and financial tasks, as well as supervise and deal with the legal aspects, overseeing the fiscal activities of the organization including budgeting, reporting and audit. I provide general oversight of all company activities and I assure a smoothly functioning, efficient organization Promoting programs and services that are produced in a cost-effective manner, employing economy while maintaining an acceptable level of quality

After one year from the Millennium start up I was hired thank to the experience and the competence acquired as manager of some of the most important companies leader in the Italian entertainment market (LUX VIDE, Cecchi Gori). The target was to make possible to Millennium to enter the Italian Home video market and this task was carried out along three main guiding lines:1. To find partners with which increase the Home video release plan and to form relationships with theatrical distributors to launch at least 3 films per year 2. To analyse and build every proper procedure of the chain of value of a company operating in the communication business3. To improve the customer base reaching the best player in the market (Mediamarket, Carrefour, Fnac, etc.) and to activate the TV sales (SKY, JETIX)

Director of the commercial affairs of the holding LUX VIDE referring to the General Manager Mr. Paolo De Crescenzo, I was also in charge to make the start and manage the controlled company named SIRIO VIDE ITALIA srl to deal in the Italian Home Video Market..I’ve been involved in many negotiation about co-production projects and have been responsible for the sale to the Italian broadcasting companies as RAI, Mediaset, SAT 2000, etc

At the beginning I was employed as chief accountant, but being the company notably small with respect to a multinational company as Michelin is, I started to work together with the CEO and the sales manager until I was promoted to General Manager after a couple of years. During the period I was in charge to recruit personnel, prepare budget and forecast, purchase supplies, advertise the product and organize sales campaign, and so doing I had the focus of what is an entertainment company process at 360 degrees.

I was hired as junior controller and so I did my best during the first year learning internal procedures and improving my technical competence. Soon after I was detached to the commercial office in Milan where I was in charge to assist main Custumers.
