The BMW of North America dealer systems enable our customers through their journey, from the initial search of a BMW Vehicle, to their purchase experience online and/or at the dealership, continuing to support them during the ownership of their dream BMW vehicle.I lead an agile team of highly skilled IT professionals that ensure the best experience to the BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce Customers in North America, enabling our dealers to provide top-tier service both online and in store.I serve as the relationship linkage between the business and IT, providing consulting and guidance throughout key IT initiatives. I manage a portfolio of several projects, with a multi-million dollar budget; I supervise the prioritization, planning and execution of the IT initiatives by the Dev/Ops teams. I communicate decisions, priorities and relevant project information to appropriate levels of staff regarding service requests, projects and initiatives.I represent the IT vision, value and services to the Business and I also act as advocate on behalf of business stakeholders to ensure IT services meet their business priorities and needs.
