My next stop was at TDS, where I implemented strategies to expand our SaaS business through product-led growth (PLG) and new AI and API capabilities.More recently, at Genesys, I led the establishment of a Product Management Center of Excellence, built a new product management team, and drove product innovation across five portfolios.
