Juan Pablo is a specialist in commercial and civil litigation, international private law, insolvency, arbitration and mediation. He has extensive experience in litigations, defending the interests of pharmaceutical, chemical, food and beverage, real estate and automotive companies, as well as having acted as arbitrator and legal representative for nationally and internationally renowned institutions. He is a Doctor of Law by the University of Barcelona, tenured professor by the Ministry of Education and Sciences, Professor in the University of Barcelona and in the University of Toulouse (MCF Associé). He is also invited Professor in the Université Paris-Dauphine and in the Universidad Libre de Cúcuta (Colombia). He has authored a vast number of papers and articles, and he is also currently an arbitrator of National and international Arbitration Courts, and has been ranked by Chambers and Best Lawyers in Spain in the practice areas of Litigation, Arbitration and Mediation. He´s also currently a member of the Commission on Arbitration and ADR of the ICC.
