With a strong accounting background, where I started my career, I specialized in tax planning and then embraced all areas under the controllership umbrella, including planning and budgeting. I began to work in the administrative area, conducting procurement, legal, shared services and property insurance, among others. Recently added to my responsibilities were the front office operations, which includes the customer service, customs and operational control of the Port. My main achievements to date are related to relevant tax issues, including tax redesigns and framing in national and regional benefit programs. Organizational restructuring, two implementations of ERP (SAP), pilot of SPED Fiscal (Federal Government), creator of the Customs Clearance Portal (SeFaz BA), customs automation (RFB), etc.
