I am an IT Specialist at Monroe County Government, where I manage and maintain computer systems and software throughout the county, with a speciality in Microsoft programs. I am also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Informatics at Indiana University Bloomington, where I learn how to design, implement, and evaluate information systems and applications. I have a strong interest in data analysis, user experience, and Virtual Reality, and I am proficient in C++, Microsoft Office, and software installation.In my current role, I have successfully hosted and facilitated virtual meetings using platforms such as Teams and Zoom, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration among county officials and staff. I have also supported the county's IT infrastructure and security, troubleshooting and resolving issues, updating and installing software, and providing technical assistance and training. I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies. I am motivated by the opportunity to use my IT skills and knowledge to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public services and to make a positive impact on the community.
