Worked up quotes based on one-line drawings or descriptions along with re-engineering the design as needed and adding value engineering options to the bid. Managed orders ranging between 100K to 2M. Worked through shipping delays and complications as well as design changes post order entry. Maintained many customer relationships through monthly customer visits, weekly phone calls, and quick responses to emails. Tracked a customer pipeline of all jobs bid throughout the past 2 years. Met and exceeded sales targets year after year. I became a member of the Presidents club within Eaton. Identified holes within the market and presented solutions backed by data to the product line to help build new offerings to expand business and increase market share.

Planned and designed motors in pump stations, and wastewater treatment plants, as well as did design work for a generator install on a water tower.

I organized, monitored, and affiliated soccer games. Through this experience I gained the ability to make quick smart decisions, to communicate, and to lead effectively.
