- Led complete overhaul and transition of Mobile e-commerce systems to entirely new platforms and architecture ahead of schedule and under budget, enabling Spectrum’s nascent mobile product to go from 2M lines to over 6M. -Launched an initiative directly with product owners and managers to overhaul backlogs, removing over 100 outdated stories and rewriting nearly 200 others to ensure the team was working on the highest value items and consistently delivering value. The end result was the teams became the top delivering teams, delivering consistent value, while staying ahead of schedule and under budget. -Worked across various teams and disciplines to remove impediments and resolve issues, building strong relationships that resulted in 30% more stories being completed and 70% reduction in production defects over a 6 month period. -Coached multiple cross functional scrum teams to higher levels of maturity, by improving processes and maintaining Scrum processes and ceremonies.-Facilitated discussions, decision making, refinements and conflict resolution across teams.-Removed organizational impediments and cleared roadblocks to enable teams to reach their goals-Leveraged coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution to serve teams effectively

-Transitioned the design team from waterfall processes and mindset to adopting agile and Scrum practices, shortening the design cycle from months to days, and enabling the design team to more tightly integrate with agile development teams. -Worked across the organization to champion putting user experience design on the forefront, creating a much better user experience that nearly tripled the number of lines, from 2M to 6M min a 3 year period. Instituted the first daily standup, sprint planning, and retrospectives within the digital marketing design team, which have since been adopted across the entire digital marketing organization.-Managed a team of nearly 20 UI and UX designers working on a complete overhaul of Mobile e-commerce processes and user experiences. -Facilitated discussions, decision making and conflict resolution between designers, usability experts, accessibility experts, product owners and development teams. -Ensured that all designs not only met corporate branding identity and marketing initiatives, but were also designed to ensure accessibility and relate ease of implementation.

-Led the transition of a 20+ person team of developers, PMs, product and client relation managers from a very inefficient implementation of waterfall, to a highly successful Agile/Scrum methodology. -Transitioning from waterfall and email-based ticketing to Scrum resulted in a development teams velocity increasing 200%, while also resulting in a drastic decrease in customer frustrations, and a significantly decreased response time to production issues, from an average response of 2 weeks to an average response time of 8 hours.-Worked to continuously improve not only my product team, but the entire organization’s agile methodology, sitting in on other teams stand ups and sprint planning meetings, and advising on scrum best practices, as well as methodologies that were particularly successful within my team. -Worked closely with current and prospect clients, as well as the CEO, to explore and define an entirely new line of business, Natural Gas Pipeline Logistics, successfully bringing it to market.-Led a large cross-functional team from product inception through launch and multiple iterations. -Conducted multiple successful market surveys with potential clients using surveys, wireframes, and demonstrations of future functionality.

-Transitioned team from no methodology to an Agile methodology, using Scrum. This involved training and coaching the developers, the IT managers, and those outside IT in Scrum methodology. -Championed Scrum throughout the organization, by leading hands-on training for the IT organization, as well as Operations, Marketing, and Design.-Worked with stakeholders to gather additional requirements for items deemed a feature request and not a production support issue, ensuring their requests were thorough and in the proper format. -Worked with the business to craft SLAs that both met business objectives as well as cost effective time to resolution.
