Implementation of Business Improvement practices.

Leading and management of Iron Making department to successfully supply hot metal to Steel Making department on time at the lowest possible cost. Iron Making consist of Blast Furnaces, Sinter Plant, Coke Making Plant and Raw Materials Handling and Direct Reduction. More than 1000 own employees and 300 permanent contractors on site. Producing 2.8 million tonne hot metal per year.

Maintenance and maintenance development of two blast furnaces and its associated equipment with 90 people report into this structure (First line managers, engineers, technicians, planners and artisans). Responsible for the in-house project management of the relines of both blast furnaces. Management of multiple contractors.
