I work with a team to help coordinate the logistics for the upcoming national conference, as well as maintaining a relationship and connection with the hosting hotel.

As Regional Chair, I served as an AIESEC coach to the region of Rowdies East ; providing support to 8 different LCPs during their term as well as doing detailed analysis reports and research to help provide them with all of the tools and resources to succeed.

I managed a team of highly qualified individuals and run the local committee at the University of Kansas. I also help operate an exchange program offering professional internships in 111 countries and provide ongoing guidance and support to students and members throughout the application process and their AIESEC experience, as well as working hands-on with businesses and professionals to establish internships for global talent in my region.

I was in charge of managing exchange participants as they went through the application process to go abroad through AIESEC. I also was in charge of managing a team who also managed EPs.

I work with a diverse group of students who live in the residence halls at the University of Kansas, playing confidant, mentor, manager, enforcing policies and making the res. hall life experience the best it can be for incoming freshman, as well as others.
