•Plan, direct, coordinate, administer and manage all aspects of branch and regional law enforcement operations, logistics and financial matters in the region•To provide the client with an efficient back-office and support facility as agreed in the SLA entered into between TMT and the municipality•To ensure that the branch comply with all legal, company and statutory requirements•Providing leadership by ensuring that the enforcement operations team and branch manager have a clear understanding of their responsibilities, are motivated and are committed to working as a cohesive team•Assist with business Development initiatives and business development plan•Leading the planning, development, implementation, enhancement and support of all strategic projects

* Financial control and compilation of budget. * Budget adjustments.* Developing and implementing finance and financial management strategies.* Guiding the development, implementation and periodic review of financial policies, systems, controls, guidelines and instructions to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and relevance. * Compiling and managing the Municipality’s budget in alignment with the Integrated Development Plan (IDP).* Preparing multi-year revenue and expenditure forecasts, strategic plans, budgets and estimates; and advising the impact thereof on service delivery, performance and the financial position of the Municipality. * Monitoring and addressing non-compliance with financial management policies and procedures.* Developing and managing strategies, processes and systems for providing financial management support to other functions within the Municipality.
