Ability to verify progress payments, final invoices, escalation and forex calculations.Compiling level 4 cash flows on package level taking Bill of Quantities and level 4 Program into account.Knowledge of EPCM principals, General Construction knowledge I am currently part of the Management Team on the Terminal 1 project which is a multi-discipline project (Mechanical, civil, electrical and instrumentation work.- The site consist of the construction of 10 new accumulator Tanks, the refurbishment of 2 old Tanks, civil structures and buildings and structural steel, installation of pipes valves and pumps. The total value of the project is forecasted to run to R4.5 bill and total duration 4 years. Terminal 1 forms part of a total fuel supply project that is estimated to cost R24 bill. - I have the ability to think outside my own level of expertise and am a valuable member of the Management Team.
