A little bit about me: I have been in the talent industry in some capacity for about 15 years. In full transparency, I did not expect it to turn into a career.Like everyone, I needed a job...so I started at an agency as a temporary recruitment associate and ended up loving it!End of story, just kidding! Over the years, I have literally been in the recruitment space in most blue collar capacities.I've done high volume entry level labour roles, single position skilled labour, managerial, skilled trades...I've been around the block in the Blue Collar space and its where I feel I belong!I will never pretend to know everything there is about any role or any industry. I am always learning and in speaking with people every day, that allows me to learn about them and their roles and their industries...whether it is clients or talent.Long story short, I like to talk...more importantly, I love to listen!When I am not at work, I tend to be at a grassroots race track with my husband and son who both drive race cars. And hanging with my best doggie Paco :)
