PixelMill and Creospark merged in 2022, and starting May 2023, went to a single brand under the Creospark name. In March 2023, I was promoted to be a Development Team Lead to act as a people manager for a small group of developers, in addition to my day-to-day work as a senior-level developer.

As a freelance web and graphic designer, I did web site design, development, and maintenance for assorted small businesses and organizations. Synteractive was merged with Smartronix in the fall of 2015. I continue to do much of the same: SharePoint branding, site and logo design, and making things look pretty.

I make things look good, which so far includes SharePoint-based sites, skins/themes for Microsoft TownHall sites, web sites in general, and marketing collateral. Synteractive was Microsoft's 2010 Federal Partner of the Year and in the top 75 of Inc 500's Fastest Growing Companies in 2010.• Assisted with HTML/CSS production for Recovery.gov and Treasury.gov, both SharePoint-based public sites, 2009-2010.• Designed SharePoint 2010 intranet for Dole Food Company, 2012.• Designed logo, web site, and implemented SharePoint branding for Hurricane Sandy Funding site and USASpending.gov, and branded the other sites in the Recovery.gov family, 2014.• Led client requirements gathering, generated wireframes, and designed and produced front-end for Pepperidge Farm Distributor site, 2014.

Custom Shadow Box is my non-pixel-related hobby. I take photos, invitations, or other memorabilia and preserve them in beautiful shadow boxes.

While working at Advantrics/PixelMill, I created hundreds of web site templates for various platforms, handled customer support and training, wrote many tutorials and articles, and designed and created sites for clients.
