Led the creative and visual operations for the organization's 10+ brands and six divisions, including print and digital design, brand development, content creation, copywriting/editing, and event branding/planning.

Coordinated and grew the company's first organized marketing program, which included developing the company's brand proposition, equipping the sales staff with functional collateral and implementing the first lead tracking system to steer strategy.

Produced all facets of the company's internal newsletter, including employee engagement, copy writing and design. Worked with management to communicate employee accomplishments, HR programs, safety initiatives, and timely information.
