Projectleider voor het opzetten van een programma om MBO studenten (niveau 1 t/m 4) in Amsterdam Nieuw-West een vliegende start op de arbeidsmarkt te geven en hen te stimuleren om te kiezen voor een baan in een kraptesector. Het programma bestaat uit drie bouwblokken: een baangarantie na afronding van opleiding, een doorlopend LOB programma van PO tot aan MBO en een sterke communicatiestrategie incl. ouderbetrokkenheid. Mijn rol: uitwerken van concept programma, aansluiten van bedrijfsleven en onderwijs, ontwikkelen van communicatiestrategie en uitwerken van programma organisatie en begroting.

Verantwoordelijk voor het positioneren en opbouwen van de Z3 academie: een publiek-privaat initiatief met als doel om kwetsbare jongeren en MBO schoolverlaters via een duurzame route de arbeidsmarkt op de krijgen. Mijn rol: definiëren unieke waarde propositie en plan van aanpak, samenwerking bouwen tussen ROCvA, Gemeente Amsterdam en bedrijfsleven, organiseren van (co)financiering, bouwen van het team.

Doing research into leadership and meaningful work in a facility holding with 50.000 employees. Advising the CSR-manager and corporate HR-director on the next steps in their ‘meaningful work’ policy. Raising public support in the compagny for the outcomes of my research.
