Program Manager for our Industrialized Construction (Modular) team. My role is to help inform and guide the design build team during design and preconstruction to stay on schedule, collaborate and ensure the design always has constructability in mind.I care first and foremost about the people on the team. This ranges from the craft worker on the shop floor to the designers, managers, engineers, clients, vendors, trade partners and all those willing to travel away from their families to help set and stitch our building together at the final site. By focusing on building a team with a culture of trust at the base allows me to step back a bit and let everyone collaborate freely but also keeping me informed. This increases the speed with which questions get answered and problems solved. When you are building as fast as we are, the speed and agility to pivot from thought to thought quickly is key to success. My work matters because I provide a service to the craft workers making sure they have everything they need to be the most efficient at their day-to-day work. Without them we do not have a final product. This covers everything from coordinating the design team, procuring materials, executing contracts, maintaining schedule, ensuring information makes it into the right people’s hands when they need it and clearing roadblocks along the way to keep the train full steam ahead.

• Lead and support the development of Quality as a Core Value at The Boldt Company.• Responsible for the ongoing development, and continuous improvement of a Quality Management System for Boldt.• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) using Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to establish quality goals / metrics specific to the organization that can also be implemented on a project level across all markets.• Develop training modules discussing the Quality Management System and its use. Ohio River Bridges - Downtown CrossingDesign Build Project $860,000,000The project includes the reconstruction and operational improvements to the interchange junctures of I-65, I-64, and I-71; the Kentucky southern approaches to the downtown Ohio River bridges; the construction of a new I-65 northbound Ohio River bridge; the reconfiguration and rehabilitation of the existing I-65 John F. Kennedy (JFK) Bridge; and the Indiana northern approaches to the downtown Ohio River bridges with the various local egresses and ingresses to I-65.The Project also includes the construction of other elements that would be typical for an urban interstate Project. These include, but are not limited to, storm drainage, traffic barriers, pavement markings, signage, roadway and aesthetic lighting, aesthetic treatments, utility relocations, Intelligent Transportation Systems, and tolling infrastructure.

As Quality Control Manager with Walsh Construction Group, I supervise on-site teams and manage daily field operations. This includes management of project timelines, development of progress reports for owner meetings, and coordination / supervision of contractors. Other duties include managing bid solicitation, contract drafting, buyouts, shop drawing review and submittal review; cost estimating, plan distribution, project pay requests, and change order / purchase order drafting.
